QuickBooks Online not downloading Santander bank account

I have previously setup my QuickBooks online to download my bank account information. The last time it worked was 1/10/20. For the past couple of days I have been trying to download the updated account transactions and the spiral curser just keeps twirling and nothing is downloading. If I go through add new account, it does log in to my Santander accounts, and it does list the accounts I want to link as already linked. What is wrong with QuickBooks online that this is not working corretly any more?

It could be a cache and cookies issue that is preventing the transaction being pulled though.
