Quickbooks online vat

Hi, I’ve recently moved from QB desktop to online. I’m filing vat for the first time now but bills I’ve put before this quarter are not coming up as exceptions (or at all) I’ve tried adjusting it but it’s not working. Any help please?

Please check when navigating to Taxes > Edit VAT > Edit rates if the codes appear with 'edit' next to them, if so you'll need a VAT code refresh which will then correct the transactions on the return. Please click here to begin a chat with a member of our support team who can action this for you.
