quickbooks Tide feed issue ( Description / Bank Detail column )

QuickBooks Tide feed issue -  Description / Bank Detail column is only pulling Debit / Credit and not the full description ? 

 

I have attempted to enable / disable "Show Bank Details" from the gear Icon but that does not help.

The transactions are transmitted by the bank via Open Banking, and we are unable to amend or overwrite the data. We'd recommend contacting your bank for further assistance on this.
