I'll help you connect your Tide business bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Leslie.

Did you receive any error messages when connecting your bank to QBO? Would you mind sharing them with us? This way, I can gather more information about it and provide you with the best fix.

I'd also suggest contacting your bank and verifying of any updates. It could be there's a maintenance issue that affects the connection between your bank and QBO.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions in QBO. I'll show you how.

  1. Sign in to your Bank website and follow the instructions to download the file as QBO, .CSV, or .QFX (maximum file size 350KB).
  2. Ensure to download only those transactions that haven’t been downloaded to your account to avoid duplicates.
  3. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu in your QBO account.
  4. Select Upload transactions or Upload from file.
  5. Click the Drag and drop or select files box and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  6. From the QuickBooks account drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then click Continue.
  7. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Continue

Once everything is in order, you can categorise and reconcile your accounts whenever you're ready.

In case you need more help about connecting your account and transactions in QBO? Please don't hesitate to let me know in your reply. I'm always here ready to back you up!
