Quickbooks won't allow me to connect to paypal

Whenever I try to connect to paypal I get an error. I think it may have to do with the built-in 2 step authentication that I'v set up on paypal. 

 

any tips?

    Hi jimwjensen.

     

    Would you be able to give us a little more information about the error you are receiving.

     

    Normally when connecting your Bank account or PayPal account through QuickBooks, the information it would ask for when connecting would be the same you use to log in directly to the bank/Paypal site.

     

    I would also recommend clearing the cache and cookies and restarting whichever internet browser you are using to connect just in case the connection is down to the browser itself.

    Hey @jimwjensen - welcome to QB Community UK. I've used PayPal in the past but never with a 2-step authentication process. That sounds pretty cool.
