Reauthorizing bank account issue

I have been trying to reauthorize my bank account for a couple of weeks now, I make it all the way through the process, into my online banking, select the account I want to authorize, and then the page says "something went wrong, it isn't common but can happen, try again later" no codes come with the message. Any advice on how to solve?

Can we ask are you trying to reconnect your bank on the app version of self employed quickbooks or on the web browser version? 

What bank are you trying to reconnect to as well?

I have tried on both mobile app and on web browser versions. 

 

And I am trying to connect to natwest

Hi Richardrbwf, are you able to try to connect via a different network, such as 4G mobile broadband instead of WiFi?

 

Which type of account are you connecting, and is this Business or Personal? Thanks! 🙂
