My receipts are all showing 'missing info' and will not match with transactions I've approved?  I've cleared cache as advised but still not working.  Any ideas?

Clearing the cache is a good start to rectify this problem, Corky1971. Allow me to guide you in performing some troubleshooting steps to ensure that you can match them.

After you upload your receipt, QuickBooks Online extracts the details and creates an entry for you to review. It utilizes the dates, amounts, vendor, and last four digits of the credit card from the image.

When a receipt doesn’t have a label under its amount or is missing data, QuickBooks can’t find an existing transaction that matches it. To further isolate the issue, let's make sure that the picture contains this information.

Additionally, if the imported photo is blurry, you may need to add a clearer one so the program can draw out all the right data. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QBO company.
  2. Go to Bookkeeping and choose Transactions.
  3. Head to the Receipts tab, then choose Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive.
  4. Open the file and review it.
  5. Take note of the matching records.
  6. Select Match to connect the receipt to your existing transaction.
