It's good to see you here in the Community, @mort1414.

I've come to share some information on how importing receipts works in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, you can import all the saved receipts from your Tide banking app. You'll just need to download the receipts from the banking app and save them to your computer or Google Drive. Also, make sure that the format of the images is PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG (these are the compatible format supported by QuickBooks).

Once you're ready, you can go to the Banking menu and upload the receipts one at a time. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Transactions/Banking from the left menu.
  3. Go to the Receipts tab.
  4. Select either Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive depending on where the images are saved.
  5. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.

I'm adding this article for more guidance: Upload your receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.

You may also want to connect your Tide bank account in QuickBooks. This will help download your latest bank transaction and manage them in one place.

Should you need any additional assistance managing your receipts, you can leave a comment below. I'll be sure to get back to you, @mort1414.
