reconciling

Hi

please can someone advise me about the issue i have.

I have downloaded 2 months worth of bank statements and they have all been categorised and are all showing in the register but none of them have got a C Cleared next to them, if i then try to Reconcile, it doesnt show transactions there at all ??

You'll want to make sure you're categorizing the transactions correctly. An incorrect statement date is also one of the reasons why transactions do not appear on the reconciliation page.

 

Feel free to follow the steps below to correct the statement date:

 

  1. Select Accounting from the sidebar menu.
  2. Go to the Reconcile tab.
  3. Enter the necessary information, then choose Start reconciling.
  4. Click the Funnel icon, then make sure to set the appropriate filters (see below).
