Question

Reconnecting to Lloyds bank following Quickbooks email

Hi,

Has anyone else received the email about Lloyds changing their systems and the requirement to disconnect and reconnect accounts in Quickbooks?

I clicked on the help link included in the email and the instructions provided don't apply to Quickbooks SE.

Just wondered if any SE users had successfully completed the process.

Thanks in advance,

PETE

I thank you for sharing the email notification that you've received, @PetefromBristol

Currently, we have two on-going investigations about integration between Lloyds Bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

  • INV 47403 QBSE (UK) - Lloyds Bank Business Banking (UK) - Missing transactions in QBSE
  • INV 47195 QBSE UK - Lloyds Bank - Looped to enter OTP

Just to clarify, prior to receiving the email are you getting any connectivity error prompt or issues? In both of these errors, there's no need to disconnect and reconnect your connected Lloyds bank. If you're getting any of the connectivity issues or errors mentioned above, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, you'd be added to the affected user's list.

Here's how to contact our Customer Care Team:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  3. From the How can we help? field, enter your question.
  4. Choose Continue.
Choose either of the following to contact us:
    • Get a callback
    • Start messaging
    • Post a question
