Referred a friend 70 days ago and neither have had our Amazon vouchers yet. QuickBooks states 60 days so how can I prompt this?

Hello there. I see you referred a friend to QuickBooks Online 70 days ago and haven't received the Amazon vouchers yet. Here are my thoughts regarding this matter.

If you haven't received any confirmation regarding the vouchers from your referral, please check your email inbox, as it may have been sent there. If you are still unable to find it, I suggest getting in touch with the QuickBooks Sales Team. They are the best people to provide you with the appropriate information for your queries and verify the status of your request in a secure environment to claim it successfully. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
3. Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
4. You'll now be provided options for connecting to our Customer Support.
