Self-Assessment summary totally blank for 2020-2021. All invoices for this period have vanished.

I have the previous year, and all this year so far. But the 2020-2021 just isnt there. Any ideas?

Hi Jamiecool1,

 

You could be experiencing a browser issue that caused missing invoices. We can do the basic troubleshooting steps to check this out.

 

To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you see the missing invoices, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.

The missing year is also missing from my iOS devices such as iPhone and iPad.
