Hello there, @stationtaxisnewc.

I'm here to ensure you can update your HSBC bank feeds in QuickBooks. This way, you'll be able to track your credit card transactions and keep it up to date.

The Open Banking connection is already available for your HSBC accounts. This means you'll have a fast, easy, and secure set-up for your online banking transactions.

Since your credit card transactions isn't automatically updating, let's manually download your HSBC account transactions in the Banking menu. This is to refresh your bank's connection to QuickBooks.

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the HSBC tile.
  3. Click the Update button.
  4. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
  5. Select Continue update.

Once done, you can now match and categorise your transactions in the For Review tab. For the detailed steps, kindly check out this article: Match and categorise bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. It also contains information on how to exclude your personal and duplicate transactions.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
