Snapped receipts aren’t syncing from mobile app to cloud on PC - anyone else encountered this? I’ve logged in incognito on PC and they still aren’t showing

Hi lois16, we'd be grateful if you could contact our live chat support referencing the email linked to your account so that we can review the receipts that are showing in the background (for security, and account information entered on the Community will be redacted). 🙏

So just to clarify your snapped receipts are showing on your quickbooks self employed app but when you log into your account on a PC they are not showing for you? Is that correct?

That's right - can't find them anywhere on my PC.
