Hi there, droogie.
I want to make sure transactions from the Starling Business account are downloaded to QuickBooks.
Disconnecting the bank account will also remove pending transactions. You can simply refresh the connection to download the latest transactions.
Let me show you how to do it.
- Go to the Gear icon, then Bank Accounts.
- Click the Refresh all button.
If the latest transactions aren't showing up, I suggest checking with your bank. it could be caused by the following scenarios:
- The bank's website is undergoing some maintenance updates.
- Your bank requires you to update the information such as name (bank merger), account number, or login credentials.
- Changes in the service offerings. Web Connect or Direct Connect.
If there are no changes from your bank, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Team. They can create a case and forward it to our Product for further investigation.
For now, you can export transactions directly from Starling Business and manually upload them to QuickBooks. Then, you can categorize and approve them.
I'm adding these articles as your guide in managing downloaded transactions.
Keep me posted if there's anything else you need about your Starling Business transactions. I'll be right here to answer your questions.
