Start Date for Importing Paypal

Hi there. I'm new to QB and I'm having trouble connecting my Paypal account. 

 

I need it to import from the 23/04/2020 (when I became a LTD company), and I'm selecting this date when connecting the account, however all transactions are being imported from before that date.  I'm unsure where I'm going wrong.  My Tide bank account connects without an issue. 

 

Any pointers appreciated! Thanks.

Hi JSIMPSON, 

 

Thanks for joining us here on the community. 

 

This is unusual! You can either batch-exclude the transactions in the for review tab, making sure to leave any transaction on or after the 23rd unchecked (select checkbox > batch actions > exclude) or alternately, remove all of the transactions following the steps below and then re-connect the PayPal feed to pull through the correct date range.

 

To remove all:

> Select the check-box at the top of the transactions list in For-Review to select all > go to Batch actions > Exclude Selected 

> Go to the Excluded tab and repeat the action to select all > go to Batch actions > Delete selected 

 

After you have done this please re-connect the account through a private browsing/incognito window or after clearing the cache on the browser you are using.
