Started using quickbooks yesterday, linked my bank account (Starling bank), but transactions are missing, they are random ones dotted all over the place. What can i do?

I appreciate the things you've done to get this resolved. Let me share another troubleshooting step to fix the issue and get back to your business.
 

To start,  I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select the Banking tab.
3. Click on the bank account that you're working with.
4. Select Update.

If you still get the same result, let's open your account using a private window. This will help us isolate the issue and check if it's a browser-related concern. Simply press these shortcut keys to open this mode.

• Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P  for Firefox
• Ctrl + Option +P if you're using Safari
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

Once done, go back to your account and click the Update button. If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the background process of your browser settings. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. 

Moreover, you can manually upload your missing bank transactions using a CSV file. That way, you can continue with your business. 

Now that your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorise them. They will go into your accounts after you review them.
