Welcome to the QuickBooks family, jack-bennett-hot.

Being unable to connect your bank account allows you to automatically import transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This saves time by avoiding data entry errors that can occur by manual entries. I'll help you connect with your bank.

Could you tell me the name of your banking institution as well? Any information you provide will assist me in determining the best solution for you to effectively connect your bank. Meanwhile, let's try some browser troubleshooting to figure out what's going on. Too much data stored on your browser can sometimes result in a blank screen.

You can start by accessing your QBO account using an incognito window. This is to determine if this is a cache-related issue. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once the private window opens, try connecting your bank account once again. Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser. If the issue persists and you're getting errors, read this article to learn how to fix it: Open Banking connection errors.

In addition, I've added this resource to learn how to manually upload your bank transactions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

You can always leave a reply below if you need further assistance with banking. I'll make sure you're all set. Have a nice day!
