There are transactions in my ‘for review’ that are already downloaded in my register?

Allow me to provide some information about the transactions showing in the Register and the For review tab.

 

It's possible that you've manually entered those transactions in QuickBooks and downloaded your bank transactions. That's why there are the same transactions from the For review tab and the Register. To avoid duplicate transactions, you'll need to match those transactions from the For review tab. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click Banking from the left menu.
  3. Select the appropriate bank account.
  4. In the For review tab, find and select the transactions you see in the register.
  5. Choose the Find match option.
  6. In the Match transactions window, select the manually entered transactions.
  7. Click Save.
