Hi I am tryting to match a transaction but keep getting this message 

This transaction no longer belongs to this account.

Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this error to make sure we can match the receipt against it's invoice from the bank.

Thanks Manish, the transactions will remain in QuickBooks if they were added/matched from the bank feed before this was disconnected and so you would need to delete these manually from within the chart of account. 🙂

Hi Manish007, thanks for joining the QB Community - are you matching the transaction in the bank to a manual transaction in QB or to a receipt that has been uploaded to the receipt tab?

A receipt that was uploaded it appears that I can match it now but I have another problem. 

 

So I linked the same bank account to QB twice so I removed an account and the transactions have fed through  to the balance sheet - do I need to manually delete these?
