Transferring bank information

Co-operative bank are not compatible with Quickbooks as of the end of March and I am trying to manually upload transactions.  There are no instructions on my online bank account.  The information from Quickbooks is "follow your banks instructions for how to download transactions to your computer".  Does anyone know where I can find them?  Thank you

You can upload your transactions in QuickBooks Online using either of these file formats:

To further help you in getting the file, I'd suggest reaching out to Co-operative Bank's customer support. 

 

Check this article for more information: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. After that, you can now match and categorise the transactions. Then, reconcile them.
