Trying since 24 December to reauthorize my bank connection keeps looping continuous betw3n bank app and intuit.

Once your bank connection has expired and you're unable to re-authorise the connection, you can disconnect and reconnect the account to establish a connection with your bank. Here's an article for more information: How to reauthorise your bank connection in QuickBooks Online.

 

This connection error or looping can sometimes be caused by a minor browsing issue. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix it. We can start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account in a private browser.

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge - press Ctrl Shift N.
  • Firefox - press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari (Mac) - press Control Option P.

 

If everything looks good and you're able to re-authorise your bank , then that's good. You can go back to your regular browsing window and clear it's cache. This process will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performances issue.
