Trying to connect a starling bank account but the process keeps looping back to the start of the process. Does QuickBooks not connect with starling?

I've checked with my resources and verify with our engineering team. There are no ongoing reports where the client unable to connect with starling bank in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private or a different browser. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N 
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P      

 

If you're able to download the form, you'll need to clear the browser's cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Or you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
