Trying to connect Barclays for first time

Hi 

 

When I try and connect my Barclays account for the first time it just keeps coming up with the attached message. It doesn't link to Barclays and gives error 591.

 

Any suggestions please?

Error 591 is one of the Open Banking connection errors. Let’s wait for 48 hours since the problem should be resolve within that specific period.


If it goes beyond that time, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team for further assistance. They have extra tools to help configure your online banking connection.


Here’s how to reach them:

 

  1. Tap the Help icon to choose the Contact Us link.
  2. Input the issue in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button to see the support information.
  3. Choose any of the following options: Chat or Call us.
