trying to connect our bank account it says connected on another devise but we arent

Hi all  brand new to Quickbboks trying to link our business account to QuickBooks and it says already connected on another devise. We only have this pc???

    Hello Flex1,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    Could you please just confirm which QuickBooks account it is that you have with use, and also what business account it is you are trying to connect.

     

    You could check with your bank if it is connected to any other accountancy packaged or QuickBooks and if so they should be able to help you disconnect this.
