Question

Trying to connect qb to our barclays account but it goes through the process, confirms connection has been made but when I return to QB banking it sends me round again

Can you try doing the connection in an incognito/private window and see if it does the connection fully in there for you.

Try these troubleshooting steps, see if one of them resolves your issues you having with the bank connection. 

 

Try clearing your cache and cookies, close the browser down, reload it, log into Quickbooks and try again. 

 

Try a different web browser.  

 

Try a different device.

 

Let us know if you still have any problems after trying all of these steps.
