Question

Trying to reconnect bank. Agreeing to all the permissions. Nothing happens. If I try to add another bank again all I get is a circle endlessly spinning. Any suggestions?

I'll help with your question about Online Banking, IanSlaughter.

 

We'll make sure that you can sync the bank again in QuickBooks Online. Can you tell us if you're getting a specific error when reconnecting the account? In the meantime, I'll share some steps that can check if this is caused by a browser issue and resolve it at the same time. 

 

Start by using an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session: 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

 
Once done, go back to your account and click the Update button in the upper-right hand corner of your Online Banking. If you can see that it's being updated, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online
