Let's ensure to reconnect your bank account, treesurgery.

Before reconnecting it, let's clear our browser's cache first to refresh the connection between your bank and QBO. If it doesn't work, we can reconnect your bank by following these steps:

  1. Go to your bank's website and enter your credentials.
  2. Copy the bank URL.
  3. Go to your QBO Banking page and select Add account.
  4. Paste your bank's online banking URL, press enter and try connecting again.

In the meantime, you can download transactions using this article on how to manually download bank transactions to QBO.

Please let me know if you need more help. I'll be here to assist you further.

Hi treesurgery

Do you have 2 users on your bank account?

Are you selecting Barclays Business Banking (UK) as the option on the banking section when you are re adding the connection?

Thanks
