Before reconnecting it, let's clear our browser's cache first to refresh the connection between your bank and QBO. If it doesn't work, we can reconnect your bank by following these steps:
- Go to your bank's website and enter your credentials.
- Copy the bank URL.
- Go to your QBO Banking page and select Add account.
- Paste your bank's online banking URL, press enter and try connecting again.
