trying to up date my paypal banking and it keeps coming up with an error

    I get to the point where it asks if I am a robot I click this and it comes up with "That did not work"

    I would suggest trying this using an Incognito or InPrivate browsing window depending on your browser. If you are using the app, potentially try it using the browser instead.
