I cannot connect to my tsb business account since the upgrade, anyone else been able to sort or have any clues please/

    Hello, Zxanta.

     

    Currently, we have a reported issue with TSB bank. We're unable to determine the exact cause of the issue. Though, our engineers are working with TSB to resolve this issue.

     

    In the meantime, I recommend uploading your bank transactions into QuickBooks manually. You can visit this article for the steps and details how: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145233.

     

    Simply go to the Upload or Import bank transactions section, and then expand the sections.

     

    We appreciate your patience while we're working to get things back and running again. I'll get back to this post as soon as there's an update about this issue.

    As far as I can see it may be that the wrong URL is being used. When I log onto TSB manually I have to use https://businessinternetbanking.tsb.co.uk    but I don't think QB uses that. 

     

    Is there a way to edit the URL to put our own in, instead of the one that QB thinks it should be, please?

    Hi Joy,

     

    I am positive that the link is correct, otherwise we'd have a host of TSB Customers reporting the same thing, this is an old post from in May.

     

    When searching for your bank, you can copy and paste the whole link from your LOGIN PAGE (Where you type username and password) into our search bar, and then deleted back to each " \ " in the URL. You should find you have the same login. I've just tried searching using the link you gave  me and the bank you should choose is TSB Bank (UK) - Business Banking.
