Unable to refresh my bank account and actually chat with someone at QB to help me sort this
I've received an email to inform me that my QB self employed account is on hold and I need to update the billing information. My debit card is still in date and I have followed the instructions to update (although there is no reason to) but the site is not responding and coming up with an error code. So frustrating and can't find anyway to chat to a real person. Can anyone help please as I am now unable to process mileage or invoices.
