Unable to update banking connection.

We are with Bank of Scotland. QB banking page keeps telling me I need to reconnect with our bank(Bank Of Scotland). I follow the links, do the relevant steps in BoS account which says I have successfully reconnected. I get returned to QB where I see the 2 icons which then change to a big green tick and again saying re-connection successful. Then nothing happens. I go back to banking section of QB-no update allowed as I need to reconnect! I have " successfully reconnected " 3 times today, yet am no further forward.

We haven't' received any reports about unable to update a banking connection. That said, I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team. An agent will take a look at your account and investigate this further. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon, and then select Contact Us.
  2. Enter Payroll Adjustment as your keyword.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Select Chat.

 

In the meantime, we can manually import the transactions using an Excel file. You can download them through a CSV or QBO file.
