Update bank connection

I have been asked to authorise my bank connections (Like I have done every 90 days) but this time I cannot reconnect to my Revolut (European Union) accounts.

 

I go to the notification and click on reconnect and a window appears saying 'We cannot connect to this provider right now' Select a different provider to connect.

 

How can I reconnect my accounts and not start from zero?

We're not aware of any widespread issues with Revolut banking in QuickBooks at the moment. For troubleshooting purposes, please try re-authorising the account by signing into QB through a different web browser or incognito window. 

 

Any transactions that have already been added or matched in QuickBooks will remain, even if the connection becomes expired or disconnected, so you won't need to worry about starting over. 🙂
