Upload transactions manually

I'm trying to upload bank transactions manually through a csv. file but it keeps saying "invalid file format". Any thoughts?

    I'm here to make sure you'll be able to upload bank transactions manually in QuickBooks Online.

     

    To successfully upload your bank transactions, you'll need to make sure you have downloaded the supported file type. Uploading transactions using the Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file requires additional mapping and is more prone to user error.
