Question

We are connected to Capital one Credit card, the true balance is a negative one, the imported balance is showing as a credit. Can this be corrected?

Hi @accounts36,

 

You'll want to import your credit card transaction again. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Visit your bank's website and download transactions.
  2. Go to Banking, then Banking at the top.
  3. Select the Update drop-down, then File upload.
