We cannot link our Yorkshire Bank Account to Quickbooks?

Hi there, @enquiries21.

 

There's a great chance that Yorkshire bank is having their maintenance. Thus, you're unable to link your account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend contacting them to verify if there are any changes or updates.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to import your bank transaction to your QBO. Let me guide you how.

 

To start with, sign in to your Yorkshire bank website and download the transactions from there.

  1. Once done, sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Banking menu.
  3. Select Upload transactions.
  4. Click Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Select Next.
  6. Choose an account you want to upload the transactions from the QuickBooks account drop-down.
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions and click Next.
  8. When ready, click Let's go.

Once done, you can now categorize the transaction to ensure it matches the ones recorded in your QBO
