Question

We had two £5000 payment into our bank yesterday. they have gone onto the bank balance in QB but only one appeared to review. Can you help

I’m here to ensure your bank account is syncing and bringing in all bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When connecting bank account, the data we receive in QuickBooks depends on the information sent to us by the financial institution. If you're missing bank transactions, I suggest doing a manual refresh. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the left menu, click Banking or Transactions.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the blue tile for the account.
  4. Click the Update button on the right-hand side of the screen.

Once bank transactions download, you can start categorising or matching them to straighten your books. After that, you have the option to do your regular bank reconciliation
