What's the quickest way to add purchases that I made on ebay into the expense acc manually please?

I cannot get the invoice's from ebay but have made many purchases. do I need receipt numbers ect?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So the quickest way would be to go to the plus new button> select expense and enter in all the information> save and close. This link tells you how to do it more.
