You've come to the right place, @stewartcrosbie.

Let's check if the account is already connected to QuickBooks. Let me walk you through the process.

  1. Go to Banking, then Banking at the top.
  2. Choose the bank account in question, then Edit.
  3. Select Edit sign-in info. Enter your bank website User ID and Password and then Update sign-in info.
  4. QuickBooks will connect with your bank to verify the details. Once done, click I'm done, Let's go!.

If the bank account isn't connected yet, you can follow these steps to connect using your bank's website address. Here's how:

  1. Go to your bank's website and copy the address at the top of the page (starts with http). You can also press CTRL+C on your keyboard.
  2. In QuickBooks, go to Banking and select Add account.
  3. In the Enter your bank name or URL field, paste the address copied.
  4. Hit Enter and try connecting again.

With these steps, you'll be able to connect your savings account into QuickBooks. You can refer to this article for details about troubleshooting issues with Bank Feeds.

I'm also attaching this handy article about how to manually upload transactions that I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has step-by-step instructions that'll guide you through the process.

Please know that we aim to get those accounts link to QuickBooks. Stay in touch if you have other questions or concerns. We're here to lend a hand. Thanks for jumping in to Community and I wish you have a nice day ahead.
