When I click on banking I can only get banking rules not banking is there something I can do?

Sometimes, a function can go missing in QuickBooks if there are a lot of cache stored in your browser. Let's do some troubleshooting steps to see if this is the cause.

We can start by using an incognito or private browser mode. This doesn't save cookies, temporary internet files, or your browsing history on your browser. Then, go to https://qbo.intuit.com and log in to your account. 

Go to the banking section and check to see if you have the Banking tab. If you see the option, let's open your regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing cache helps your browser to function better.

You can also use other supported browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari to test the banking section.
