Question

When I try to add transactions manually into my credit card account or another account it always ends up in cash. How do I move it from the Cash Category into the correct account please?

Manually added transactions are automatically posted under Cash, Sylvia11.

 

You'll want to import your bank transactions as a CSV file so you can select the correct account. Or look for a third-party app that can help you convert a PDF bank statement into a CSV file.

 

You can follow these steps on how to import the file:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon in the upper-right hand corner, then select Imports.
  2. Look for the correct account and click Import older transactions beside it.
  3. Click Browse and look for the CSV file. 
  4. Click Open, then click Continue.
