When will handelsbanken bank link be sorted ?

Hello Jennysantos, Currently Handlesbanken connection in QuickBooks is via a CSV upload(downloaded bank transactions uploaded into QuickBooks. We will update the following link as soon as anything changes with that bank. We can not offer a refund as we are a third party connecting to a bank, in this case there we are working with that bank to get a viable connection up and running in accordance with the new banking rules. You can still use QuickBooks to its full  potential with the CSV upload. We do take on board the feedback certainly, however.


Hello Community Users, we just wanted to pop in and add that both corporate and business bank accounts with Handelsbanken are available on open banking. More details can be found on that here

We have not had any update or ETA on when Handelsbanken will be on open banking our engineers are working with the bank to get them on.

We have been waiting almost a year and getting the same answer. I think all your Handelsbanken customers would appreciate a refund of your charges as you're not delivering what you've promised us.

    Hello, just to let you know, Handelsbanken's personal and corporate accounts can now connect with QuickBooks.

    This having been solved last year, the problems are back again!!

    I have been unable to link for about ten days.

    As usual, no information, no plan, no apology, and no timescale for re-instatement.

    I understand the importance of time in running a business. Let me help you by connecting you with our live support team to investigate this matter, as this requires collecting your personal information to review your account and find an adequate solution to the bank connection issue with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

     

    Here's how to reach them:

     

    1. Go to the Help button at the top right corner of your screen.
    2. Click the Contact Us tab. 
    3. State a keyword or phrase according to the issue you're facing, then click on Continue. 
    4. Choose how to contact our QBO live support team:
    • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
    • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

     

    Know that our live support is available weekdays from 8 AM to 8 PM and weekends from 8 AM to 6 PM.

     

    Furthermore, you can manually upload your bank transactions if you still can't connect your bank account to your QBO. You can follow the steps provided below in doing so. 

     

    1. Go to Transactions, then choose Bank Transactions.
    2. Click the dropdown arrow ▼  beside the Link account tab, then select Upload from the file. 
    3. Choose whether to Drag and Drop or select Files, then pick the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
    4. Select which account to add transactions to by clicking the button in the QuickBooks Account ▼ dropdown, then click Continue.
    5. Follow the onscreen instructions to match the columns in your file to the correct fields on QuickBooks. Once done, tap Continue.
    6. Pick the transactions you want to import, then select Continue.
    7. Click on Yes.
    8. Once you've accepted the transactions, select Done.
