Where is my DATA?????

Massive problem with QuickBooks my transaction data has disappeared from the account from the 10/08/2022 in the monso business account there's loads of duplication going on. This isn't the data I've previously reconciled I'm not sure what's going on I'll be contacting QuickBooks at 8am this morning they're just seems to be a huge problem with QuickBooks itself.

The system seems to have mixed up my data between different bank accounts duplicated data cansecutively throughout the history of my accounts that I have previously reconciled this is a huge problem what is going on QuickBooks


This is all happened between logging in from one day to the next this is ridiculous this isn't a professional system

I appreciate you reaching out to the Community, James. There are some possible reasons why all your data disappeared. Let me share it with you and help recover your data.

 

The most common reason you cannot view all your data in QuickBooks is that you have logged into the wrong account. Ensure that you have logged in to the correct one.

 

If you are logged in to the correct account, we can generate an Audit log report in QuickBooks to track any changes made. One of your users may have deleted all your data.

 

Here how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Audit Log.
  2. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  3. Review the list and verify if there are deleted transactions or customers.
