You can uninstall and reinstall the app which helps resolve unexpected behavior on mobile devices. It also ensures updated security settings are downloaded.

Once reinstalled, try out these steps to add your bank account:
- Click the Hamburger icon found at the top-left section of the app.
- Press the Banking menu then select the financial institutions connect.
- If you're unable to see your F.I. on the list, try entering its name on the search field.
