Where on the app can i find the banking menu. I want to connect my bank account

Glad to hear back from you, @clarevbryant,

 

You can uninstall and reinstall the app which helps resolve unexpected behavior on mobile devices. It also ensures updated security settings are downloaded.

 

For instructions on how to install the app: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

Once reinstalled, try out these steps to add your bank account:

 

  1. Click the Hamburger icon found at the top-left section of the app.
  2. Press the Banking menu then select the financial institutions connect.
  3. If you're unable to see your F.I. on the list, try entering its name on the search field.

Hello Clarevbryant

 

To connect the bank in the app if you go to the 3 lines in the top left>banking>the + symbol>add an account>search for the bank.
