Why can't I add Handelsbanken to my bank feeds?

I am hoping to change banks and have selected Handelsbanken. When I go to "Add Account", it does does recognise the bank, even if I enter the URL. I then requested that this bank be recognised and received confirmation that this has been done but when I went back to "Add Account", it still would not recognise the bank. I would not like to think that a problem with Quickbooks should stop me changing banks. Suggestions would be much appreciated please.

Hello denisdadson 👋, Thanks for reaching to the Community, We don't have a supported connection as of yet for Handelsbanken, a new data feed will be available in the coming months please see link for Banking updates. This is why you're not seeing this bank as an option when going to add new. As a workaround, you can create the account type in the COA (chart of accounts) and upload CSV files for your transactions. If unsure how to upload the CSV file please see link. Thanks, Becky

Hi @denisdadson just to let you know, Handelsbanken's personal and corporate accounts can now connect with QuickBooks.
