Why can't I find metro bank in the banking section to attach a new bank account?

Hello lharris999, 

 

Due to the implementation of Open Banking regulations which came into effect in the UK in March, standard bank connections were removed from the product in replacement of the new open bank connections. Unfortunately, there are some banks which we were unable to establish a connection within the time for the regulatory deadline, including Metro. 

 

To continue using these banks in QuickBooks, you can use the inbuiltimport tool to import downloaded bank statements. You can also check our community guide here, which we'll be updating as and when more open bank connections are established to see if your bank is supported in the future.
