I can share some troubleshooting steps that can help fix this issue.

 

Issues like this something caused by a corrupt cache file in your web browser. To rule this out, let's access your QuickBooks account in a private incognito window. This will helps us check if you're experiencing a browser-related issue.

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Control Option (Safari).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).

If it looks good, you'll have to clear the cache to refresh your system. Also, you can use a different supported browser to further isolate.

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Online Support team. They can check your account in a secure environment.
