Hi brunosousa1975-g!

It's good to see you in the Community! I'm happy to shed some light on the balances.

QuickBooks Balance is based on QBO transactions while Bank Balance is based on the actual feed from your bank. Often, they don't match especially if there are QBO transactions that haven't been cleared by your bank. For example, a check, a tax payment, or payroll. Other reasons are bank transactions that haven't been recorded in the QBO, such as customer payments, deposits, etc.

It's important to regularly manage your downloaded transactions, so you can reconcile them.

The Community team is always available should you have any other questions about your bank balances. Take care and good evening!
