Why is QB is grouping together CHQ and CARD payments ,, made on the same day, together on the bank feed and giving it a random customer name?

Hello CFirth, 

To clarify, is this occurring on the For-Review feed in Banking? When you refer to 'group together' - are these showing as a match to cheques/card payments already entered in the system?

If you could provide a screenshot which helps details the issue that would be greatly appreciated.
