Why is the bank deposit function not working. It is stuck in the loading icon.

Let's make sure that you'll be able to use the bank deposit function in QuickBooks Online, jayson-yang.

 

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Sometimes, your browser is full of accessed pages that may cause unusual behavior. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). Here's how: 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once signed in, you can check if the deposit function is already working. If so, go back to the default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
